Gallup Christmas

We had a lovely Gallup family Christmas this year. Matthew and I got to host the entire gang at our new house. It was a memorable evening of food, fellowship, dirty Santa and spirits. I absolutely love my family.

Great Grandma kicked things off with a reading from a very special book to all of us called Little Visits With God by Allan Jahsmann and Martin Simon. She got this devotional book for each of her grandkids at birth. I still read mine to the kids.

She had everyone listening quit intently just like she used to with all of us back in the day.

Then she said a special Christmas prayer.

This was shortly followed by the Aunts singing Christmas carols. They were great! Ok, let's be honest Aunt Jeannie was great. Aunt Becky and Mom were um.... less, way less, than great.

It was almost too much for Kobe.

Russell was enthralled.

The little kids actually did enjoy it. Their ears must be not developed enough because they weren't bleeding like the older folks'!

Aunt Kimmy and her beautiful little baby bump. How cute can a preggers be?!

It was a wonderful time.
