Knowing today would be a snow day for the kids was the bomb dot com.
No waking up at 6:30 a.m.
No work clothes.
A breakfast that did not come from a box.
A warm fireplace and more than one cup of coffee.
And to top if off, we decorated the tree and the house the night before - so the house was looking extra festive. Score!
The kids were excited too. Today was snow awesome!
They could not wait for the sun to come out from behind the clouds before going outside to play.
There were several games of King of the Snow Castle played.
This snow covered rump in camo coveralls - LOVE!
They played so well together today.
As evening came, Spencer talked Daddy into putting together the Christmas train.
It was a good day.
